Azealia Banks for MAC

Azealia Banks, the 21 year old rapper has officially gotten  her own MAC lipstick! She described it as a "dark, eggplant purple" and I think it represents her especially well seeing as she cannot get enough of that colour for her hair and own makeup. 

The lipstick will go on sale online on September the 5th. Will you be getting it? 

But this isn't the first time we've seen the eccentric star work her way up in the fashion industry. She was made the face of Alexander Wang's Fall 2012 campaign, as we see in this video:

Personally, I love it and I love the song 'Van Vogue' in the background (features on her '1991' EP available on iTunes). Perfect fit for Alexander who has also worked with the likes of A$AP Rocky, another of my personal favourites. 

As for her style? I guess it's an acquired taste? I quite like the sexy edge of it all...
